Thank you for this information. I will definitely send an email to all the senators listed. Is there a script email that we should be following? Unfortunately I cannot use the request to speak option on the AZ Legislature site, I have an account, but have not gone to the AZ capitol and signed in on one of their Kiosks, which is required in order to use the request to speak option :(
Yeah, I learned about that too when we were trying to sort it out, but at least sending emails will help.
In terms of a form, I don’t have anything specifically, but what I can say is tell them how you feel about the potential for having people’s voices being trampled by a special interest. That is what I did. The fact that this is even this far along is just insulting. Share how you feel. Being authentic to how you feel will carry weight!

Here is what Jackie put on Facebook. I have called them all. One lady answering the phone said, you’re from Marana and I said yes. She then said they getting a lot calls and had 31 emails. I called them and it was very easy, told them to vote No on HB 2873. One and done.
The system is anything but intuitive. I don’t fully know either. I know it passed out of the Rules Committee and it is 15-19 For/Against in the RTS system, but not sure where it stands.

Do you know where bill 2873 stands? Did they vote no on it on 3/31/26?
